Our soft play areas are specially designed for little ones ages 1–5 years old, giving toddlers a fun and engaging space to crawl, climb, explore, and play.
Choose your preferred package and submit a booking request through our website. Once we confirm availability and your event details, you'll receive your rental agreement and payment information. Your reservation is officially secured once the required deposit and signed agreement are received.
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event date and equipment. Because we reserve the equipment specifically for your celebration, deposits are non-refundable.
All our packages include 6 hours of playtime. Additional rental time may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
Absolutely! Kiddie Kingdom takes care of the delivery, professional setup, and breakdown of your play area so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.
Our setup and breakdown time does not count toward your rental time and is already included in the package price!
Absolutely. Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized between rentals and inspected before each event.
We want every little guest to enjoy a play space that is clean, beautiful, and ready for fun.
Yes! Our setups can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors as long as the location provides a clean, dry, level, and safe surface.
Outdoor setups are weather permitting. We do not set up on wet, muddy, rocky, or otherwise unsafe surfaces.
The safety of our little guests always comes first. We cannot set up outdoors during rain, on wet surfaces, or when weather conditions make setup unsafe.
For outdoor celebrations, we strongly recommend having an indoor backup location available.

Space requirements vary depending on the package you select. Dimensions will be provided for each package so you can make sure your event space is large enough.
Please measure and clear your setup area before our arrival. Let us know in advance about stairs, elevators, narrow entrances, limited parking, or anything else that could affect delivery and setup.
No. For safety and to protect our equipment, Kiddie Kingdom equipment should not be moved once our team has completed the setup.
If you would like something repositioned while our team is still onsite, just ask us and we'll be happy to help whenever possible.

No. Our soft play equipment and ball pits are designed for dry use only. Pools, water balloons, water guns, sprinklers, and other water activities should be kept away from the play area.
We understand that plans sometimes change. Because your equipment and event date are reserved specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Eligible reservations may be transferred to another available date according to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
